РЕШЕНИЕ

О вынесении порицания депутату Совета депутатов ЗАТО Александровск Волкову Андрею Валерьевичу
В соответствии с Федеральным законом от 06.10.2003 №131-ФЗ «Об общих принципах организации местного самоуправления в Российской Федерации», Уставом ЗАТО Александровск, принятого решением Совета депутатов ЗАТО Александровск Мурманской области от 26.05.2009 №31, п. 11.9 Регламента Совета депутатов муниципального образования ЗАТО Александровск Мурманской области, утвержденного решением Совета депутатов ЗАТО Александровск от 29.05.2018 №33 и по представлению Председателя постоянной комиссии по законодательству и местному самоуправлению Матвиишиной И.В.,
Совет депутатов ЗАТО Александровск решил:
1. Вынести публичное порицание депутату Совета депутатов ЗАТО Александровск Волкову Андрею Валерьевичу.
2. Указать на систематическое отсутствие депутата Волкова А.В. на заседаниях Совета депутатов ЗАТО Александровск.
3. Призвать депутата Волкова А.В. к осуществлению своих депутатских полномочий.
4. Настоящее решение вступает в силу со дня его подписания.
5. Опубликовать настоящее решение установленным порядком.
